Where do you see your relationship? What needs to be strengthened? Use this to see where you can support your relationship to a healthier place. There are some things that are deal breakers in a relationship that is hard to heal. Knowing the signs early can keep you aware of the relationships red flags so you can address it or end it. Both partners are equal in any relationship, communication goes both ways, there shouldn’t be fear in addressing how certain behaviors aren’t working and what you would like to see changed towards improving it. This was Valentines week and unfortunately Domestic violence hotline calls are UP on February 15th. I like working towards healthy relationships and the first place that I start the coaching is with YOU. If we can’t love and take care of ourselves, then we continue to find the wrong partners in life. Many times we stay in a relationship because it feels easier then leaving it or we invested so much time already or he/she will change once it becomes official. Everyone deserves respect and to feel safe in their relationships. LOVE never hurts.
